Space for natural connection, self-reflection, intention-setting, building awareness, and cultivating vision. This gathering is open to yogis at any point in the journey, anyone open to exploring asana, meditation and expression.
Description: 80min Asana Practice, 10min Meditation, 30min Journaling + Expression
